Iris versicolor

Swamp Iris is an exotic deciduous perennial aquatic plant with an upright, clumping habit. It produces blue, purple and white flowers. The foliage is strap-like and emerges in clumps from the base. Commonly used in water gardens, ponds and wetland plantings, it is suited to areas with consistently moist or saturated soils. It can be planted along the edges of waterways for ornamental and habitat purposes. Grows to approx. 1m H x 1m W.
