Returns Policy

Plantmark is a wholesale supplier of living products (including plants and trees (from tube stock to advanced trees)) and ancillary products such as pots and planting accessories (Products).

Our Returns Policy is in addition to the statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act and similar laws. If you are a consumer as defined under Australian Consumer Law, our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

 

We do not accept change of mind returns. You must fully inform yourself before purchasing any of our Products to confirm whether they are suitable for your requirements and fit for your desired purpose.

We do however have a returns policy regarding Products that are damaged or significantly different from their description / sample (if any).

 

Our returns policy regarding living products

It is your responsibility to check all living products on collection or delivery. Once the products are collected by, or delivered to, you we cannot guarantee the viability of the products due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, the treatment of the plants, soil conditions, weather, and environmental factors. You must notify us in writing as soon as possible but in any case no later than 48 hours after delivery of the living products if those products are damaged or significantly different from their description/sample.

We will investigate such notice and inspect the relevant products in good faith. If we agree that the relevant products were damaged on delivery or significantly different to their description / sample (other than through your incorrect handling, storage or treatment of those products after delivery), we will contact you and you may choose to either receive a refund or to have the products replaced with another similar product.  

 

Our returns policy regarding other (non-living) products (pots, potting accessories etc)

It is your responsibility to check all such products on delivery. You must notify us in writing as soon as possible if the products are faulty.

We will investigate any notification we receive regarding faulty products and inspect the relevant products in good faith. If the relevant products have a major fault (other than through your incorrect storage, handling or use), we will contact you and you may choose to either receive a refund or to have the products replaced with another similar product.  If the products have a minor fault (other than through your incorrect storage, handling or use), we may elect to repair the products for you within a reasonable period of time or to offer you a replacement (as appropriate and at our discussion).
