Returns Policy

Plantmark is a wholesale supplier of living products (including plants and trees (from tube stock to advanced trees)) and related non-living products such as garden products and planting accessories (Products).

Our Returns Policy is in addition to the statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act and similar legislation. If you are considered a consumer under Australian Consumer Law, our Products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns based on change of mind. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the suitability and purpose of our Products before making a purchase to confirm whether they are suitable for your requirements and fit for your desired purpose.

 

Plantmark TRADE MARKET Returns Policy

Returns Policy for Living Products (plants and trees)

It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all living products at the time of purchase and before you take them from any Plantmark Trade Market, or we deliver them at your request. Once you have purchased and taken living products offsite, we cannot ensure their continued viability due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, the treatment of the plants, soil conditions, weather, pests, diseases and environmental factors. As a result, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind.

Additionally, biosecurity regulations prevent the return of living products to any Plantmark Trade Market wholesale nursery from uncontrolled external sources once purchased. This policy is in place to minimise the risk of introducing pests and diseases and in compliance with various State legislation (e.g. the Red Imported Fire Ants (RIFA) Legislation).

Returns Policy for Non-Living Products (garden products, stakes, planting accessories etc)

It is your responsibility to inspect all non-living products at time of purchase and taken from any Plantmark Trade Market, or delivered at request. If you discover any faults, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

We will investigate any notification regarding faulty non-living products and inspect the relevant products in good faith. If we determine that the non-living products have a major fault (excluding issues caused by incorrect storage, handling or use), we will contact you. You may then choose to either receive a refund or have the products replaced with a similar product. For products with a minor fault (excluding issues caused by incorrect storage, handling or use), we may, at our discretion, either repair the non-living products within a reasonable period of time or offer a replacement, as appropriate.

 

Plantmark QUOTES & ORDERS Returns Policy

It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all living and non-living products at time of pickup from any Plantmark Quotes & Orders, or we deliver them at your request. Once you have taken living products offsite, we cannot ensure their continued viability due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, the treatment of the plants, soil conditions, weather, pests, diseases and environmental factors. As a result, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind.

If you have requested delivery, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all living and non-living products at the time of delivery. Should any products be damaged or are believed to be significantly different from their description, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible but in any case, no later than 24 hours after delivery.

Upon receiving your notification, we will investigate such notice in good faith. If we determine that the relevant products were damaged during delivery or significantly different to their description (excluding any damage resulting from incorrect handling, storage or treatment of those products after delivery), we will contact you. You may then choose to either receive a refund or have the products replaced.
