Cultural Notes: Grow in aquatic habitat such as edges of dams, ponds, wetlands and waterways. Requires fresh, standing or very slow moving water. Mass plant at a rate of 5 to 7 per m2 (or roughly 50cm apart) in boggy ground or shallow water. Very low maintenance and long lived. May trim foliage back by up to a third if desired. Will tolerate short periods of dryness.
