Description:
Native edible pepper, bush tucker plant. Both the berries and leaves add a spicy peppery flavor to cooking. To get the berries to form you do need both a male and female plant. Can be grown as a shrub to a tree depending on the conditions. Native to Tasmania, requires some shade and protection from direct sun and heat. Grows to approx. 2-10m tall x 2-4m wide.
