Description:
It’s the silver floral bracts and perfumed white flowers that give it the name Nimbus™; it covers the ground like a small cloud. But there’s nothing airy-fairy about this tough little plant, despite its delicate looks. Whether used in a cottage garden, as a container specimen, along path edges or lapping up against rock work, Nimbus™ offers a soft restful foil in bolder brightly hued plantings. Suited to cool temperate, sub tropical and arid climates in open gravelly clay or loam soils, low alkaline to low acid pH. Tolerates moderate frosts and exposed coastal conditions. It’s easily maintained with a light trim once or twice a year.
