TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PLANTMARK SPEND & WIN TRADE PROMOTION COMPETITION – GAME OF CHANCE

  1.     Competition Duration

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

 

  1.     Prize Details

There are three (3) monthly prizes, each valued at $1,000 AUD, with a total prize pool of $3,000 AUD.

Each monthly prize consists of:

  • $250 BP Gift Card*
  • $250 RSEA Gift Card
  • $250 Total Tools Gift Card
  • $250 Mitre 10 Gift Card

Prize gift cards are purchased by the Promoter and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by the brands listed, including BP,  RSEA Safety, Total Tools and Mitre 10. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Gift cards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Gift cards may be issued in physical or digital format at the Promoter’s discretion.

* The BP Gift Card originally advertised was unavailable at the time of purchase and has been substituted with The Fuel Gift Card issued by cards.gift. The Fuel Gift Card is accepted at participating eftpos and Mastercard fuel stations nationwide, including participating BP service stations.


  1.     Eligibility

To be eligible, entrants must:

a) Be a registered Plantmark trade customer at the time of purchase
b) Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over
c) Not be an employee of the Promoter or their immediate family members

 

  1.     How to Enter

To enter, eligible customers must:

  • Spend $300 or more (incl. GST) in a single transaction
  • At any Plantmark Trade Market
  • During the Promotional Period

Limit: One (1) entry per registered customer, per day.

Entries are automatically recorded via eligible tax invoices.
Plantmark Quotes & Order invoices are not eligible.

 

  1.     Winner Selection, Notification & Publication

a) One (1) winner will be drawn for each month:

  • April draw: by 7 May 2026
  • May draw: by 7 June 2026
  • June draw: by 7 July 2026

b) Winners will be selected at random using a computerised random selection process.

c) Winners will be notified via phone and/or email.

d) If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, a redraw will take place.

e) Winners’ names and/or business names will be published on Plantmark’s website, social media and eDM communications.

 

  1.     General Conditions

a) By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

b) This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners.

c) Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and/or business name for promotional purposes without compensation.

d) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who:

  • Submits an invalid entry
  • Tampers with the entry process
  • Engages in unlawful or improper conduct

e) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

f) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.

g) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

h) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook or Instagram.
