Description:
Japanese Skimmia is an exotic evergreen perennial shrub with a dense, rounded, upright habit. Flowers may be white, pink, red or green, produced above the foliage. The plant has a shrub-like form with spreading growth and can also display an epiphytic habit. Commonly used as a groundcover or low shrub in garden beds, it is suited to ornamental plantings and structured landscapes. It can be incorporated into mixed borders or used for understorey planting.
