Sanguisorba minor

Salad Burnet is an exotic evergreen perennial herb with a clumping, rosette, upright habit. It produces green and red flowers above its foliage. The leaves form a low rosette at the base, supporting upright flowering stems. Commonly used in herb gardens and edible landscapes, it is also suited to mixed perennial plantings. Grows to approx. 1m H x 0.6m W.
