Description:
Creeping Brookweed is a native evergreen perennial groundcover herb with a mat-forming, rosette, spreading habit. It produces pink and white flowers. It is suited to aquatic or wetland environments and can be used for groundcover in moist areas. It is also suitable for stabilising soil in riparian zones. Grows to approx. 0.6m H x 1m W.
