Ruscus microglossus is an exotic evergreen perennial groundcover and shrub with a dense growth habit. It produces green and red flowers. The foliage is evergreen, contributing year-round cover. Commonly used as a low-growing shrub or groundcover in landscape designs, it is suited to planting where dense coverage is required. It can be incorporated into mixed plantings or used for understorey coverage. Grows to approx. 1m H.
