Rumex scutatus

French sorrel is an exotic deciduous perennial herb and groundcover with a clumping, mat-forming habit. It produces green and red flowers and has shield-shaped foliage. Commonly used in edible gardens and as a low groundcover, it can also be incorporated into herb plantings. Suitable for covering larger areas due to its spreading growth. Grows to approx. 0.6m H x 2m W.
