Rhododendron vireya

From the Northern hemisphere, there are approx 800 known species of rhododendrons. Species vary in size, habit, flowering colour and whether they are evergreen or deciduous. Flowers vary between different species and hybrids, blooms vary in colour, texture, fragrance and size. Rhododendrons are widely used in shady gardens and in containers.
