Raphanus sativus Daikon

Daikon Radish is an exotic deciduous annual vegetable and herb with an upright growth habit. It produces white flowers and develops large, elongated edible roots. The foliage is green and forms a rosette at the base of the plant. Commonly cultivated in vegetable gardens and edible landscapes, it is used for culinary purposes and seasonal cropping.
