Description:
Large round firm fruit, skin is red over yellow background and flesh is creamy white with a beautiful sweet flavour with a bit of tang, rich and juicy - Freestone. Maturity: Late January - Early February (Mid season). Suggested Pollinators: Santa Rosa, Mariposa, Satsuma. Used for fresh fruit, stewing preserves and jams. Spreading growth habit and bears good crops.
