Pinus mugo Winter Gold

Dwarf mountain pine 'Winter Gold' is an exotic evergreen perennial shrub with a dense, rounded, spreading habit. Flowers are insignificant, with foliage providing the main visual interest. Leaves are needle-like and retain colour year-round. Commonly used in landscape designs for low-maintenance planting, mass plantings, or as a feature in rock gardens. Suitable for use in open spaces where its form can be appreciated. Grows to approx. 1–2m H x 2–4m W.
