Description:
Phyllostachys nigra is one of the few running bamboos we sell, as it is the only black bamboo that will grow well in pots. Featuring stunning jet black canes which begin green, changing to black with sun exposure. Small green leaves contrast beautifully with these jet black canes making Nigra the perfect garden centrepiece. Also ideal for an eye catching hedge or screen and looks classy in a decorative pot.
