Opuntia sulphurea

Sulphur Prickly Pear is an exotic evergreen perennial cacti or succulent with a shrub-like habit. It produces yellow, orange or red flowers. The plant maintains its foliage year-round. Commonly used in dry landscape designs, it is suited to arid and low-maintenance plantings. It can be incorporated into rock gardens or used as a feature plant in xeriscapes. Grows to approx. 1–2m H x 1–2m W.
