Hydrangea macrophylla normalis Red

Mophead Hydrangea is an exotic deciduous perennial shrub with a rounded, shrub-like, dense habit. It produces red flowers, with the lacecap form displaying a central cluster of small fertile florets surrounded by larger sterile florets. The foliage is broad and deciduous, providing seasonal interest. Commonly used in garden beds, borders, and as a feature shrub in landscaped areas. Suitable for planting in mixed shrub displays or as part of formal or informal garden designs. Grows to approx. 1–2m H x 1–2m W.
