Deciduous, thorny, fast growing tree that has been declared a weed to many parts of Australia due to its invasive nature and ability to reproduce readily by seed and suckering. Best to chose one of the ornamental cultivars of this variety and just keep a close eye on them that they don't revert back to the parent form.
