Description:
Native to the Middle East and western Asia, it has been sought out and cultivated since ancient times, and is now widely grown throughout the world, both for its fruit and as an ornamental plant. The edible fig is one of the first plants that was cultivated by humans. Figs can be eaten fresh or dried, and are great when used in jam-making (delicious recipe on the inside of this label). In a large pot, Figalicious™ will reach a height and width of 1m x 1m, and when planted in the ground, will reach an approximate height and width of 3m. When planted in a decorative pot, it is the ultimate fruiting plant for your outdoor living area, be sure to keep your plant moist, particularly during warmer weather.
