Description:
A small to medium sized Tasmanian eucalyptus growing up to 20m+. The juvenile silver foliage is often used in the florist-foliage industry. The young foliage does need to be cut back to retain the silver rounded glaucous, grey foliage. With maturity the leaves become longer and more slender. Small white flowers appear in spring–summer. It is one, if not the most tolerate gum trees when it comes to heavy frosts.
