Dasylirion acrotrichum

Great Desert Spoon is an exotic evergreen perennial succulent and strappy grass with a tufting, spherical habit. It produces white to green flowers and has narrow, elongated leaves arranged in a dense rosette. Commonly used in dry climate landscapes, it suits rock gardens, arid planting schemes and architectural plantings. It is also utilised as a feature plant in open spaces where its form can be displayed. Grows to approx. 2m H x 1m W.
