Flecked Flat-Sedge is a native evergreen perennial aquatic grass with an upright, clumping, tufting habit. It produces brown flowers and maintains consistent foliage throughout the year. Commonly used in wetland restoration, water gardens, and along pond or dam edges, it provides structural form and habitat in aquatic environments.
