Description:
Windmill Grass is a native evergreen perennial grass with a prostrate, tufting habit. It produces black flowers held above the foliage. The plant forms low, spreading tufts that maintain year-round greenery. Commonly used in landscapes for groundcover and erosion control, it is suited to naturalistic plantings and restoration projects. It can also be incorporated into mixed plantings where low-growing native grasses are required. Grows to approx. 0.6m H x 0.6m W.
