Description:
A spectacular flowering ornamental small tree or large shrub. The multi branched bushy upright tree grows to around 5m tall x 2m wide that is mostly grown for its impressive flowers. The flowers are borne in late Winter early Spring on the bare naked stems and branches, they are rosy-purple pea shaped that form in clusters on the stems and branches. Dark green heart-shaped foliage arrives in Spring, the attractive purple tinted seed pods add an additional decorative feature into Summer.
