Ceratostigma plumbaginoides Sapphire

Hardy Plumbago is an exotic deciduous perennial groundcover with a spreading, clumping habit. It produces blue flowers and has foliage that dies back in winter. Commonly used for low borders, mass planting, and as a groundcover in garden beds, it can also be utilised to provide seasonal colour in mixed plantings. Grows to approx. 0.3m H x 0.6m W.
