Description:
Large deciduous tree commonly known as the chestnut tree. Flowers are long yellow-white catkins followed by a large reddish-brown shiny fruit, that has a spiky green casing. Leathery green oblong leaves. Green casing splits open dropping nuts on the ground during Autumn.
