Description:
Densely foliaged native large shrub/small tree with white, papery bark and willow-like green foliage. White bottlebrush flowers appear in spring and are a creamy-white. Fast growing, will develop a lovely weeping canopy in 5 years. Will tolerate waterlogged sites. Great for hedging. Grows approx 7m tall x 5m wide

Cultural Notes: Regular pruning is not necessary, but a light pruning after flowering will keep it compact. Benefits from a light sprinkling of blood and bone annually. Prefers neutral to acid soil in a sunny position. This Callistemon has a vigorous root system and will lift bitumen and paving if too close to it's trunk.
