Description:
Pitted Beard Grass is a native evergreen perennial grass with a clumping, prostrate, upright habit. It produces purple to red flowers and forms tufts of foliage. Commonly used in lawn or turf applications, it is also suited to tropical landscapes and areas requiring low-growing grass cover. It can be incorporated into mixed plantings or used for erosion control. Grows to approx. 1m H x 0.6m W.
