Description:
This is a hybrid (B spinulosa x B ericifolia) growing to around 4.5m tall as a bushy shrub or can be trimmed into a tree form from a young age. A highly adaptable plant that can be used as an informal hedge, screen or windbreak. Fine bright green foliage with large brilliant orange flower spikes to around 35-40cm long that are full of nectar attracting native birds. Flowers for a long period of time from autumn throughout winter.
