Austrodanthonia caespitosa

Dense native tufting perennial grass with flowering spikelets in summer. Used widely as a native lawn and in revegetation works, also valuable for cattle grazing in late winter. Also great for erosion control, tolerates clay soil. Can be quite variable in appearance depending on environmental conditions.
