Apium graveolens rapaceum

Celeriac is an exotic deciduous perennial herb and vegetable with a compact, clumping habit. It produces white flowers and has foliage that dies back seasonally. Commonly grown for its edible swollen stem base, it is used in vegetable gardens and culinary plantings. Suitable for inclusion in mixed edible beds or as part of a productive landscape. Grows to approx. 1m H x 0.6m W.
