Description:
Blue stem 'Prairie Blues' is an exotic deciduous perennial grass with an upright, clumping, tufting habit. It produces blue, green and silver-toned flowers, and its foliage forms a distinctive upright structure. Commonly used in landscape designs for ornamental grass plantings, it is suited to mixed borders and mass plantings where its form and flower colour provide visual interest. It is also used in naturalistic and prairie-style plantings. Grows to approx. 1m H x 1m W.
