Description:
The darkest form of Ajuga available, and has a long-standing reputation for its general performance in the home garden. Black Scallop PBR, as the name suggests, has very dark purple foliage which accents well when planted next to other plants in the lime green, gold or white hues. The leaves are a scallop like shape, forming a dense ground cover ideal for planting between pavers, in bowl containers or along the front of a mixed border. Produces lilac purple flower spikes in the spring and summer, which sit proudly above the foliage of the plant.
