Description:
So dark it’s almost black. Indigo has heads turning so if you’re a designer with a client wanting an up-to-the-minute ‘smartscape’, and a clean uncluttered look, this is the one for you. For screening, hedging, or to add accent to brick or stone walls in a courtyard setting, it is unsurpassed for its dramatic appearance. For extra formality, consider it as a clipped specimen in a stately container. Reaching up to 4 metres, it may also be kept trimmed to a lower height if preferred. Width may also be easily controlled. Full sun or light shade, good drainage and some protection from frost is preferred; it will do well by the coast, and suits cool temperate to sub tropical climates.
