Fragaria ananassa Sweetheart

Small low-growing, spreading perennial with dark green foliage and pink or white flowers in spring, followed by sweet edible red fruits. Ideal for containers. Strawberries are great for making jam or to eat alone. 'Sweetheart' is a mid-season variety that bears sweet, dark, conical fruit and is disease resistant. Grows approx. 15cm H x 30cm W.
