Description:
A multi-stemmed palm, with blackish trunks, red at the base of new spikes and bluish-green fronds of leaves and clumping habit. Yellow flowers appear in Summer and are followed by violet-black fruit. Can be grown outside in warmer climates, reaching up to 6-12m but also makes an excellent indoor palm usually only growing to 3m.
