Caladium, also known as Angel Wings or Elephant Ear, is an exotic deciduous perennial bulb with a compact, clumping habit. Flowers are insignificant, with foliage providing the main decorative feature. Leaves are broad and colourful, displaying distinctive patterns typical of the species. Commonly used as an indoor plant or in tropical garden settings, it is suited to shaded positions where foliage can be displayed to advantage. Often planted in containers or grouped in sheltered outdoor areas. Grows to approx. 0.6m H x 0.6m W.
