Bougainvillea is an exotic evergreen perennial climber or shrub with a climbing, spreading, shrub-like habit. It produces pink flowers, with colourful bracts surrounding the small true flowers. The foliage is evergreen, providing year-round cover. Commonly used for covering fences, trellises, or walls, it can also be grown as a free-standing shrub in tropical landscapes. Suitable for adding colour and structure in warm climates. Grows to approx. 2–4m H x 2–4m W.
