Here at Plantmark Merrimac we stock plants & trees from over 30 suppliers on site, including both local and interstate growers. In addition to local stock, we can source plants from over 600 growers nationally. Stock is replenished daily, and presented in a format that allows for easy access.
We have a great range of indoor plants to inspire you for your tropical outdoor shady areas and indoor areas. Select plants that are perfect for greening-up an indoor space such as palms, fiddle leafs, calatheas, philodendrons, and peace lilies.
Need to add long-lasting colour to your next garden project? Try including a range of bromeliads, we have many varieties including tillandsias, vrieseas, guzmanias, and aechmeas.
We’ve got a selection of hanging baskets here too as well as your reliable garden performers such as clivias, silver lady ferns, mother in law tongues, and some more eye-catching foliage plants such as hypoestes and alocasias.
You’ll also find a handy range of garden products too, such as insecticides, pesticides and plant fertilisers, mulches, composts and bags of pebbles.
Our popular strappy-leaved plants are centrally located in the Trade Market. We have both low-growing grasses such as rhoeas, zoysia and mondo grass, and larger leaved strappy plants such as dietes, dianellas, liriopes and lomandras.
Looking for large accent plants? We have furcraeas, pony-tail palms, phormiums and cordylines.
Our dedicated Shade area houses plenty of bold foliage plants including broad leaved cordylines, ferns, philodendrons, gingers, dracenas, and flowering shrubs such as camellias, ixoras, and impatiens to name just a few.
If you’re looking to add instant impact with large-scale feature plants we have some established dracenas, yuccas, and a range of large outdoor palms.
Our established trees are situated around the perimeter of the market and our range includes some of Queensland’s best performing trees such as the Ivory Curl tree, Red Cottonwood, Native Gardenia and Flame tree, as well as many other great quality trees, supplied in easy to transport root control bags.
And of course we have many tropical plant varieties at Plantmark Merrimac including heliconias, frangipanis, bougainvilleas, hibiscus, strelitzias and mandevillas. We’ve also got a great range of codieums and gardenias which just grow so well up here!
Need screening options? We suggest murrayas, syzygiums, and metrosideros to name a few. We have a selection of ground covers and Australian native plants, plus plenty of palms and bamboos to add tropical feel to the garden.
Our range has got you covered for succulents and potted colour, fruit and citrus trees, herbs & veggies.
We should also mention we stock a selection of grass trees which make a fabulous inclusion in native gardens.

Plantmark Merrimac have been operating for nearly 10 years, and have been supplying plants for landscapers, designers, retail and wholesale nurseries and garden maintenance customers, as well as councils, developers, builders and commercial services.
